Our Company offers an 'Over the Phone' consultation service only. During that call we will discuss your individual requirements. The advice that we offer during that call will be honest advice regarding what we are able to find out and will be based solely on the information you already know.

You may choose to purchase data from us during that call, and should you do so it will be published for only you to view in a secure area of our website.

During your registration you will be offered an opportunity to book an appointment for a researcher to call you back. We expect all customers to meet this appointment or cancel using the cancellation facility within the website. Although each appointment is offered free of charge our researchers time is very valuable. Should you create an appointment and subsequently not meet that appointment we will invoice you, firstly using PayPal Electronic Invoice and secondly by post using the postcode address you offer during registration, for £49.99 + VAT.

Our data is sourced from the databases Births, Deaths, Marriages England Wales and Scotland, UK Electoral roll (currently years 1992-2010) and Company Directors. As this data is sourced externally we cannot guarantee accuracy and as such you must decide for yourself during our phone call whether you wish to accept it at the agreed price. We therefore accept no liability for inaccuracies of data supply, or grief and conflict that may arise as a result of contacting your relative through data we have supplied.
